1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Kiara Wilson / Kiara Wilson Art, in collaboration with Casablabla, Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 4 August 2026 and closes at the end of trading on 31 August 2026.Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol and must purchase the Pour Decision Cocktail of the Month at Casablabla.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and Casablabla may be excluded from entering at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, an eligible entrant must:

1. Purchase a Pour Decision Cocktail of the Month at Casablabla during the Promotion Period; and

2. Complete the official online entry form via the QR code or entry link provided.

One purchased Pour Decision Cocktail of the Month = one entry into the draw.

An entrant may enter multiple times throughout the Promotion Period. Each eligible cocktail purchased constitutes one separate entry.

For example, purchasing three eligible cocktails during the Promotion Period gives the entrant three entries into the draw.

Entries are subject to verification by the Promoter.

5. Prize

One winner will receive: One original 8 x 8 inch artwork on wood panel, created by Kiara Wilson and inspired by the Pour Decision Cocktail of the Month. The artwork will be an original 1 of 1 artwork created specifically for the promotion. The approximate advertised value of the artwork is $140 AUD. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another artwork.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on:

Time: 5:00pm Adelaide time
Location: Adelaide, South Australia

The draw will be conducted by the Promoter, Kiara Wilson. The Promoter will retain records of entries and the result of the draw in accordance with applicable South Australian requirements.

7. Notification of Winner

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on their entry form within 7 days of the draw. The winner may also be announced on the Kiara Wilson Art website and/or social media channels.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner will have 14 days from the date they are notified to claim the prize.

The original artwork can be collected from an agreed location in Adelaide, South Australia, or an alternative delivery arrangement may be agreed between the Promoter and winner. Any delivery or postage costs, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed with the winner before delivery.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries. The redraw winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.

10. Winner Publicity

The winner’s first name may be published on the Kiara Wilson Art website and/or social media channels for the purpose of announcing the competition result. The winner may contact the Promoter if they have concerns regarding publication of their name.

11. Newsletter Subscription

Entering the Pour Decisions (Good Ones Only) Cocktail of the Month Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to the Kiara Wilson Art newsletter. Entrants may separately and voluntarily opt in to receive the Kiara Wilson Art newsletter through the entry form. Newsletter subscription is not a condition of entry. Entrants who opt in to the newsletter may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in newsletter communications.

12. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and, where separately consented to, sending Kiara Wilson Art newsletter communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Entry information will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

13. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations. The Promoter’s decision regarding the eligibility of entries and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.

14. Casablabla

Casablabla is the venue hosting the Pour Decision Cocktail of the Month and supporting the promotion. The promotion is organised and administered by Kiara Wilson / Kiara Wilson Art. Casablabla is not responsible for the creation, delivery or fulfilment of the artwork prize.
