This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through 'KiaraWilsonArt.com.au (“Site”) operated by Kiara Wilson Art (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Order Processing
All physical art prints are made to order and produced by a local print studio.
Production typically takes 5–7 business days, after which your order will be packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales events, or due to supplier or postal delays.
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. The following flat rates apply per order:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: $9.90 AUD (Australia-wide)
Australia Post Express Shipping: $14.90 AUD (Australia-wide)
International Standard Shipping: $20.99 AUD (Rest of the world)
Domestic orders include tracking information.
International tracking availability varies by destination and may not be guaranteed for all countries.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are based on Australia Post’s guidelines and may vary depending on destination, postal service capacity, or customs processing times.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control, and we are not liable for any delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.
4. Digital Products
Digital downloads (including printable art or free resources) are delivered electronically via email or direct download link after purchase.
No physical item will be shipped.
Digital products are available immediately upon payment confirmation unless otherwise specified.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive your files.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be imposed by their country’s regulations.
We are not responsible for such charges or for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, Kiara Wilson Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving shipping issues, including lodging inquiries or claims with the carrier where possible.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post, please contact us at Kiarawilsonart.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can review your case.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
