Return Policy
This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Kiarawilsonart.com.au (“Site”) operated by Kiara Wilson Art (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview
We take great pride in the quality and care put into each artwork and product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to assist you in accordance with this policy and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy applies to physical products (such as art prints or merchandise) and digital products (such as printable files).
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or where the customer simply no longer wants the product.
All items are made to order and created specifically for each purchase, and as such, we are unable to resell returned items.
3. Colour Variations
While every effort is made to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent the final physical artwork, please note that colour appearances may vary between screens, monitors, and printed materials.
Different display settings, lighting conditions, and print processes can result in slight variations between what is seen online and the tangible product.
We cannot guarantee an exact colour match, but we take every reasonable step to ensure that colours are represented as accurately as possible.
Colour variation alone does not constitute a fault or defect eligible for return or refund.
4. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photographs of the issue at Kiarawilsonart.contact@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
The item must not have been tampered with or damaged after receipt.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Upon review, we will provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Please do not return items without prior approval.
If the item is deemed faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer, a store credit or replacement will be issued.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for future purchases at Kiara Wilson Art.
Store credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered where required by law (e.g., under Australian Consumer Law for major product failures).
6. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital items, all digital downloads are final and non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you experience issues accessing your digital product, please contact us so we can assist.
7. Return Timeframes
Returns must be initiated within the legal time frame applicable under Australian Consumer Law or as otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or where the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
